Driver's often have a very special relationship with their race engineers. And none more so it seems than Felipe Massa and Rob Smedley at Ferrari.

After the torrential downpour at the 2009 Malaysian Grand Prix in Sepang stopped the race, the cars were being lined up on the grid to ready themselves for a restart that never came.

While Felipe is being wheeled into place here, we hear him on the radio requesting a white visor (presumably a clear one). Some might say throwing a hissy fit.

Rob Smedley the straight talking yorkshireman, came out with an unexpected line to pacify his driver "Felipe Baby, Stay Cool".
